　　今天是50米短跑的时候了，大家都在准备、热身只有我什么都没干，在大树下休息。

　　Today is the time for the 50 meter dash. Everyone is preparing and warming up. I'm the only one who hasn't done anything, resting under the tree.

　　准备开始跑了，我先让别人先跑，到最后我在跑。

　　I'm ready to run. I'll let others run first, and then I'll run at the end.

　　他们跑完了，到我了。我做好准备的样子，开始了。我努力的向前跑，可成秦楠很快就追了上来，和我一起冲向了终点，我们都跑了10秒。我可真丢人啊！
